Pues poco después de que haya salido esta nueva
beta 6 de iOS 5 ya tenemos disponible varias herramientas para poder hacer el
jailbreak tethered a nuestro iPad, iPhone o iPod touch. Con la primera,
RedSn0w 0.9.8b5, solo podremos hacerlo si hemos instalado iOS 5 beta 6
via OTA (Over The Air) pero con la segunda,
Sn0wbreeze 2.8 Beta 6, podremos instalar el firmware ya modificado desde una iOS 5 Beta 3 o superior. Hay que destacar que
no es posible hacerlo en el iPad 2 por el momento.
Los dispositivos compatibles son:- iPod touch 3G
- iPod touch 4G
- iPad 1
- iPhone 3GS (vieja bootrom) [Untethered]
- iPhone 3GS (nueva bootrom)
- iPhone 4 (GSM)
- iPhone 4 (CDMA)
